“The currents of Universal Being circulate through me. I am part and particle of God.”

Elizabeth Messick

Elizabeth Messick is an artist, naturalist and teacher with a background community development, education, gardening and the healing arts. This unusual combination of interests has led her to the development of Vibrant Forest Nature Arts, with a mission of connecting people of all ages to nature, art and the joy of life. She finds inspiration in the natural world - the iridescence of dragon fly wings, feeling the wind on her skin, absorbing the energy of the ocean during a swim, being warmed by the sun, experiencing the magic of snow. She believes we are all interconnected and that we need each other to help lift us up and shape our souls. From sharing art with children, to working with teens in transition periods, she is interested in the intersection of relationship and collaboration in the natural world.

Elizabeth is certified in the following:

  • NC K - 6 Elementary Education

  • NC K - 12 Visual Art

  • Wilderness Therapy

  • Children's Yoga

  • Wilderness First Responder

  • CPR/First Aid
